• Create an account using accurate and truthful information
• Be legally authorized to enter and manage data for any students (including minors)

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring that student data entered is lawful and appropriate

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

3. Student and Minor Information

Eduscena allows users to input student information, including the full names of minors.

• By entering any student data, you confirm that:
  • You have lawful authority (as a parent or legal guardian) to input this data
  • You understand and accept full responsibility for the data you provide

Eduscena does not collect data directly from minors and does not knowingly allow accounts to be created by individuals under 18.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Eduscena for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload or transmit harmful code (e.g., viruses, malware)
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code of the platform
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy of others

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled
• All payments are final, except as required by law

6. Intellectual Property

All content and technology on Eduscena (excluding user-generated content) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without consent

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into Eduscena. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that data solely to provide the Services to you.

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or resale.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You use Eduscena at your own risk.

9. Termination

Eduscena is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

• Platform uptime or availability
• Accuracy or completeness of the services
• Suitability of the service for your specific homeschool or legal needs

We are not responsible for any data loss or disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduscena and its owners will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or use
• Issues arising from your use of student data

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services (if any) in the last 12 months.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of Eduscena means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Georgia.
